However our clients are not obliged to proceed to a closing date and reserve the right to sell without notice. Our clients are not bound to accept the highest or indeed any offer.

In addition - if a property we are selling is Tenanted we may require to know details of the tenant, including;

As well as their current circumstances as it pertains to their current tenancy


Information that you supply by filling in forms on our website or by emailing us using the links provided, these include;

We do not ask for information relating to your racial or ethnic origins, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, data concerning your sexual orientation.

Solicitor (to facilitate conveyancing)
Property Owner (On occasion if they will be conducting a viewing with you as potential purchaser)

All of the above are only provided following your express permission to do so.
On occasion we may facilitate trades people accessing your home either for quotations or to allow works to proceed - again this is only done with your express permission.


We retain your personal data for the duration of the contractual relationship and a maximum of 10 years thereafter, this is to maintain proper account maintenance/ facilitate client relationship management and respond to any regulatory requests.
For prospects, we retain information for 10 years.


In accordance with applicable regulations, you have the following right;

To obtain information relating to the processing of your personal data, and a copy of such personal data
Where you consider that your personal information is incorrect or incomplete you can instruct us to modify it accordingly
You can require the deletion of your personal data, to the extent permitted by law
